VEGAN HOTEL PROJECT SEEKS SUPPORT My friend (in his 70's), vegan from birth, has never seen the internet and I dont have it at home either! He is wanting to buy a vegan hotel possibly in Scotland (but certainly the UK) which would offer complementary services from the hotel eg herbalism etc. The hotel would ideally be by the sea or close. The owner would also want to live in the hotel himself and offer the therapists/staff some accommodation to enable them to do their work. The hotel would need to be staffed by vegans and the cooking would need to be exceptional (ideally organic) with the ability to cater for eg gluten free and other special diets. Once up and running there would be paid jobs available for vegans, ideally for those with experience of the hospitality industry. Any offers of help or interest/ideas etc can be sent care of myself and I will forward them to the prospective new owner. Thank you. email: shaneandsable@hotmail.com 05.02.10 |
