1 small white cabbage, grated
Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Yummy!
This is also nice with a handful of salted peanuts or a finely chopped fennel. If you don't have any vegan mayo, then try using a vinaigrette dressing instead - it gives a lovely fresh result.
