Ingredients

punnet of strawberries, frozen
strawberry vegan jelly crystals
soya milk

Method

Make the jelly according to the instructions on the packet, but replace half of the water required with soya milk. Stir in the frozen strawberries and leave to set.

Serve with vegan ice-cream. Yum.
