| Ingredients
1 can (400g) of cooked chick peas, drained
2 tablespoons oil
2 (or 3) cloves fresh garlic
2 tablespoons light tahini (sesame paste)
juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
a little water to blend |

Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until fairly
smooth. That's it!
Notes
Play with the ingredients to get the balance that you prefer. Olive oil
gives an earthier flavour than vegetable oil. |
