| Ingredients
1 breakfast cup of porridge oats
2 breakfast cups of soya milk
1 level tbsp ground almonds
1 tsp soft brown sugar
Notes
This makes a generous serving for one person. You can use water instead
of soya milk, but it doesn't give such a good result. |

Method
Put the soya milk, oats and almonds in a pan, bring to
the boil and then simmer until cooked (about 2 or 3 mins), stirring all
the time.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with sugar to taste.
