| Ingredients
pummet of strawberries (about 1lb)
500ml almond milk
5 big scoops of strawberry vegan ice-cream (e.g. Swedish Glace)
dash vanilla essence (optional but nice!)
Notes
Can use soya milk, but almond milk tastes nicer! For variation try adding
4 bananas as well as the strawberries. |

Method
Remove the stalks from the strawberries and put into a blender. Add the
soya milk and whizz for 10 to 20 seconds.
Add the ice-cream and sugar to taste if required. Whizz for about
5 seconds.
Pour into glasses and drink straight away. Yum!
