| Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 packet of frozen tofu, defrosted
dash soya sauce

Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Thinly slice the tofu and fry until golden
brown. Just before serving, add the soya sauce and season to taste.
Notes
Tofu which has been frozen then defrosted has a nice chewiness to it
(and freezing is a convenient way of storing the tofu if you haven't
got a good local supply). |
