2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
freshly ground black pepper
pinch salt

Method
Put all the ingredients together in a mug and whisk well with a fork.
That's it!
Notes
Delicious served over a salad of chopped tomatoes, cucumber and red onion.
Posh up with snipped chives, crushed garlic and a touch of mustard, and
toss with cold new potatoes. Yum!
